Where do you ship from and other shipping info?

My Little Pistachio is based in beautiful Edmonton, Alberta, Canada.

Once a package is shipped, we have no control over whether or not your package is delayed in your country's customs office. 

My Little Pistachio is not liable for damaged, lost or stolen packages once items have been shipped. Shipping rates do not include import or duty fees that may incur when the package reaches your destination country. We cannot estimate the fees associated with these charges as they are levied by your local customs authorities.

Depending on your location, the amount of time your order will take to arrive to you will vary. Please note that shipping times are simply estimates and exclude holidays, weekends and unforeseen postal delays. 

All items are shipped to the shipping address associated with your credit card account, unless specified otherwise. 

Items will be shipped within 3-5 business days after payment is received and the order has been processed. 

I'm local! Can I pick up my order from you?

We don't have a storefront, but if you live in Edmonton, AB or surrounding area and would like to pick up order to save on shipping costs, please contact us for free local pick up.

Do you wholesale? 

Yes. If you are a business interested in becoming a My Little Pistachio stockist, we'd love to hear from you and work with you. Please feel free to send an email telling us a bit about your store.

What is your order cancellation policy?

We always try to process your order as quickly as possible, so if you happen to change your mind, please send a cancellation or order change request to mylittlepistachio@gmail.com right away. Please note that sending a request does not automatically cancel your order. We will contact you as soon as we receive your request to let you know if we can process your request. Unfortunately, orders that have already been shipped cannot be cancelled. 

Please note we reserve the right to cancel an order at any time, for any reason.

ONLINE SHOPPING TERMS AND CONDITIONS

All orders and purchases made through this website are subject to the following.

You agree to pay for all charges noted herein as payable by you.  All prices listed on this website are in Canadian dollars and all charges will be processed in Canadian dollars.

While My Little Pistachio takes great care to ensure it’s advertising is accurate, errors and/or inaccuracies may occur. My Little Pistachio may correct errors or inaccuracies and change or update information on this website at any time without notice, including in respect of prices and availability of items.

All prices listed on this website are subject to confirmation. My Little Pistachio will notify you by email within 3 business days of making a purchase if the confirmed price of an item you have selected differs from the price listed on the website or on your purchase order. If you do not receive an email within 3 business days of completing a purchase order, My Little Pistachio is deemed to have confirmed the purchase at the price listed.

You may only purchase or order items for non-commercial and lawful purposes and any other use is not permitted.

My Little Pistachio will use commercially reasonable efforts to deliver items as quickly as possible and within any time periods indicated; however, My Little Pistachio will not be responsible for any delays in delivery which are beyond its control. Where delivery is delayed, My Little Pistachio will notify you as soon as possible.

In order to protect you and My Little Pistachio from fraudulent transactions, My Little Pistachio may provide your transaction-related information to a reputable third party organization to perform an address verification. This address verification is intended to ensure that the “bill to” address that you provide matches your credit card address.

If the item is not received and sent back to us by the postal service company you will be charged the actual shipping fee. The price of the item will be credited once we receive the item. We will contact you to inform you when we receive the package.
